It shows up in iTunes as a device, but when I try to sync it, I get the dreaded port 3689 error!I have tried the following:- Adding iTunes as a trusted I'll show you exactly what I did to fix error 3689 and hopefully if works for you too. This ruled out ATV as the issue and put my iMac completely in the frame; we still couldn't coax mine into accepting comms from ATV. This forum seemed to suggest a downgrade to ZA10.1.065 would fix it, but the link led to 10.1.079 which I installed and did not fix it.
