I got a problem with DLL file name "FastIPLib.dll". C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache I just deleted all the files and now it rocks again. Maybe you could put this alternative route to Reset in Solution 1 at the top of the page, and possibly save people hours of wasted effort and frustration. EDIT: The other IE10 PC had been asleep and hadn't updated NIS yet. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/a61c3750-8211-48ce-a851-71f71ee2fd09/faulting-application-name-iexploreexe?forum=w8itproinstall
