You can't really "open" them (well, you can open the .jar like you open a .zip) but to run them you have to call the java runtime which is the "java" Continuing. The resource download at lib/jME3-terrain.jar can be optimized by removing the (default) value of main='false'.
Lazy downloads might not work as expected for lib/jbullet.jar unless the download 'part' is specified. When I remove the jar from the list it works! jar verified. Check This Out If so they need to be signed too.
