You can try starting the spooler from the command prompt with sc start spooler and see if it runs long enough to remove everything. This will be demonstrated using Windows Live Movie Maker on Windows 7 operating system. We also use these drivers for Savin/Ricoh copiers.No CPM or Spooler crashes at all since dumping Citrix Universal Print Server and newer manufacturer drivers. There are no dumps found.

Your windows drive may have another name for instance, but this would be uncommon. That's a sure way to slow the system down - and if there's other issues, it's likely to cause problems also (the spoolsrv errors report NTSTATUS 0xc0000005 - memory access error).
