If I use .fcgi as suggested I just get the contents of dispatch.fcgi when I try to access part of the app that does work if I use Webrick. I got a bit worried later on when someone sent me mail and told me things were fine on the machine and asked me to check my code... :-) But, as It helped me to find a solution to some of my problems.
